Please note that jewellery can slightly vary in style, colour, and size.
Taking care of jewellery
Please be careful with your jewellery, do not immerse in water.
Try to prevent the coloured shell pieces being left in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Do not put the wire and metal components under extreme force, as it can bend. Knots can naturally loosen over time; they will just need to be pulled tight again. If you take care of your jewellery, it will last as long as you want it to!
Sterling silver
All earrings are sterling silver, and unless otherwise stated all other jewellery is silver-plated. The silver may naturally tarnish, but can be buffed with a damp tissue to become shiny again.
Shell and beads
Due to using natural shell in some of my jewellery designs, you may come across some different looking pieces. These are not defects, just the graining in the shells formation. Beads can also vary in size and colour due to the different batches.
Sizes
All necklaces come in an average size of approximately 17inchs unless specified, and bracelets approximately 7.5inches. If you need anything larger or smaller then this, it can be easily arranged and custom made to suit your needs. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Payment
Payment can be taken instantly for an order through the paypal payment system. This is the safest and secure way of sending money online. You do not have to already be a member to make a transaction through paypal.
Orders can also be paid for by cheque, just simply contact me and let me know what you'd like and that you'll be sending a cheque in the post. It will take 3 days to clear and then your parcel will be sent. This is a longer way of taking payment, but is totally up to you.
Postage
All jewellery will be despatched within 1-3 working days. It will be sent 1st class and will be on a recorded delivery. It will need to be signed for, so please make sure you amend the delivery address if needed. Orders over £50 will be sent special delivery.

I can only post to the U.K mainland at present, if outside this area please feel free to contact me for a quote.
Packaging
All jewellery is wrapped with coloured tissue paper and in its own individual white gift box to protect the jewellery through the post.
Returns
If jewellery is not suitable it will be upon the customer to safely return the item in its original condition within 10 days, it can then be exchanged for a different piece of jewellery or a credit note can be issued. Please note, custom made pieces cannot be returned.
